- Scope: Access recovery, technical restoration, upgrade, and hosting
- Our role: Recovery of administrative access, technical remediation, upgrade, and ongoing hosting
Mundus had been established in the real estate listings market for several years when the client unexpectedly lost administrative access to their WordPress website. At the same time, the platform required a critical system upgrade to ensure continued operation and security.
With no valid login credentials available and visible technical issues across the site, the project required thorough analysis and structured technical work to regain control and restore stable operation.
Recovery of administrative access through secure technical intervention
Full audit, upgrade, and stabilisation of the WordPress core and plugins
Repair and optimisation of the real estate listing functionality
Security reinforcement and hosting configuration to ensure long-term stability
The result was a fully restored and secured platform, returned to the client’s control and prepared for stable continued operation.
